I have just watched a tankspot vid and read wowiki on the sindragosa fight...probably something I should have done again before we wiped 2.3 gazillion times last night.....but it clarified a few finer points on the debuffs she applies and how to manage them.  So I thought I would post a summary so that everyone can have the same "ah right gotcha!" moment I did.

Phase 1&2

Melee stack Permeating Chill
Casters (incl. healers) stack Unchained Magic which produces Instability stack each time you cast

The manner in which these two do damage is a bit different but in effect they are a DoT doing more damage the more the stacks.

Best not to let these stack any higher than 5 - stopping casting or striking stops stacking - then the stacks drop after 5 seconds or so

Phase 3

The same debuffs as P1&2 occur with the same management, ie stop attacking/casting to minimise stacks....

In addition she casts Mystic Buffet on everyone every 4 secs.  This increases magic damage taken by 20% for each stack
This is the debuff you must hide behind a frost tomb to drop off, it will drop off after 8 seconds if not reapplied - so best scenario is about 3 secs after the last stack is applied you hide, then 5 seconds behind the tomb - stacks gone.

The tanks are particularly sensitive to Mystic Buffet due to the frost breath (magic) she hits them with. 
Frost Breath hits for about 30K normally, so 5 stacks = 100% results in a 60k hit.....Epi is dead! Cry
3 stacks is probably about all we should let stack which means tank rotation every 12 secs or so.
After the taunt the relieved tank should get behind a tomb.
