What is your State/Timezone?: +10. I currently live in Townsville, North QLD.
Are you able to put in time outside of raids in wow to get consumables? if so how long.: Won't know til I get to 80, but at the moment I play 6-8 hours a day.
How many of our raids can you make per week?: Anytime on the weekend, anytime after 4pm on the weekdays.
Can you afford to come to raids, fully repaired with all consumables (flasks,pots,food,reagents)?: Yes. My Inscription is netting me quite a bit of money.
Are you okay with sitting some fights out due to class balance: I have no problem sitting out raids if need be.
Do you know/experience all of the progression (ICC) fights? if not how many do you know and what is your extent on the others: Unfortunately not. All my raid experience in pre-BC due to me going away for 2 years just after TBC was released.
Are you committed to using the forums to keep up to date and relay important information about availability?: Yes.
Do you use all of the required raiding mods and keep them up to date?: Yes.
Do you have Ventrilo?: Yes
Do you have a stable internet connection or any technical issues that effect wow?: My connection averages 300ms lag, no issues so far.
What do you see as your roll in a 10/25 man raid? (in detail): Secondary/Backup Tank, once specc'd out. I can change my role as needed as I level, and depending on what the Guild needs.
How can your participation and application help the guild? (in detail): I'm 27, so I'm full of maturity, and immature jokes. I'm pretty sociable, and flexible. Got no worries in changing anything about my toon for the greater good of the Guild.
Have you read the Code of conduct? Comments.: Yes. Seems pretty standard.
Have you read the Guild raider requirements and Progression raider requirements?: Yes, however I won't be raiding for a while.
Are you satisfied with our Loot system of a modified SK list?: Yes.
New Members OnlyDo you know anyone in the guild that can vouch for you?: No, but I have played with Flat Roos in PUGs pre 2008.
Previous Guild/reason for leaving/Contact(Guild Master/Raid Leader): Was (and technically still am) a member of the
Knights of Dark Renown. That guild is dying a natural death however with the majority of its members changing to a new server.
I am currently a member of "The Knights of Ebon Hold" a brand new lvling guild. So new they don't have a website yet. They are there purely for the social aspect, and don't mind other people leaving for 'real' guilds.
Previous Raid Experience: All pre-BC. Ony, MC, BWL, AQ20, AQ40.
Extra Comments:I'm a married 27 y/o male, living in Townsville and working in the Army. I started playing WoW back in 2005 with a Troll Mage, who was my main with KoDR when I raided with them. While I was overseas in 2008/2009, the guild moved servers.
I've been playing for a week so far to get back into the swing of things. A lot has changed since 2008, but I have 6 months of leave and I'm planning on using that time to get my DK up to 80 and into raids.
There is a small chance that I may be deployed again within the next 12 months, but the odds of that are slim. Past that, there is a strong chance of another 8 month trip away. I'm looking for a guild that will still be around when I get back.
