Now as I'd like to point out, the lot of you were mentioning that you were getting a 300-400 ping average while I get an average of 200-350. This is mostly a common problem because most WoW players (in Australia at least) don't realize about the TcpAckFrequency and TCPNoDelay settings that Windows leaves as default when installed. Following the guide I'm linking, you can change these settings and bring your ping down a good 100 to 200 on average, getting a better response time when it comes to the user-to-server-to-user situation. This can also help with allot of other games apart from WoW, especially FPS/RTS titles that require a constant flow of data with heavy data.
To note, this is for Windows XP systems and you should have a basic understanding about editing the registry. Follow these instructions properly and you should be fine.
