Hi all,

I am looking for anyone that wants to start at this time and go for 3 hours.  I expect this to be once a week on days appropriate to the overall guild calendar.

I am canvassing enthusiasm for a 10 man raid, I expect it will run on days where we do 10 man content.

The critical component is that it start at 10pm ST.

To some extent this is 'all about me' as I am in Perth and cant get to the raid start line at 7pm server time - it is 6pm perth time.  That this state of affairs is a Daylight savings issue and that it will cease once Australian time goes 'back to normal' sometime in March

Please post below if you are interested.

I reserve the right to cease my participation and support of this if the guild leadership feels that it is not in the best interests of Flat roos (i can formulate arguments to this effect so i am sure others can too).

When this is over subscribed - i propose to take the best 9 and 1 other by 'fit' with the starting 9 so that we can balance boss kill objectives vs. getting people loot.  The 10th toon will be there to score big if the drops fall their way.  I want that 10th person to have some significant amount if HToC gear to get the invite).  If there is no leader i will lead the run (i dont want to do this - ever - but i want to raid more)

When this is under-subscribed - i propose to call it if no suitable leader is available.  If there is a leader i will pug the remaining slots.  I will not take a weak player as 10th from a PuG.  That 'slot' is roos reserved (of course)

I expect to ask for invites at 9:20 and close them 5 minutes later, select a group and get PuG's as necessary.  Target instance would be based on ability of the group to complete.  I imagine initial target would be ToC 10.

I cant guarantee my start time but there are nights when this time slot certainly may suit better.  May well be worth firming up.  Subs for other run(s) needs some consideration.
