To earn the RANK of
RAIDER in FlatRoos,
- Have the superior gear acheivement.
- Performance
- DPS: 3.5k Sustained DPS.
- Healer: The ability to heal constantly for 2 mins with no breaks between GCD and not Running out of mana. and 2100 Spell Power
- Tank: 50% avoidance, calculated from dodge/block/parry/miss. 35k Unbuffed Hitpoints
- Have a knowledge from all the fights about your specific role before the Instance. (You should be able to perform in a "new" boss to you and not have the raid leader explain)
- Have the following mods/Applications. NOTE: All of these are required.
- Teamspeak: A microphone is not required.
- Omen or some form of Threat Meter
- Deadly Boss Mods or /Bigwigs - Either But having one is required.
- oRA2 Raid Assistance Mod.
- Have studied the most optimial rotations / Spec for your class and have a good understanding of how to play it.
- Have a PvE spec, PvP Spec'd players will not be invited into raids.
- Be in the zone of the raid before asking for an invitaiton (Some acceptions are made if you speak to the raid leader beforehand)
- Be ready for the instance before the start, this involves:
- Being Fully repaired (100% Durability) - Being broke is no excuse.
- Being available for a 9pm pull.
- Have Enough food, flasks and elixirs to last until 12pm (3 hrs).
- Be able to get to the instance without a summon.
- Be online for raid invites between 8:40 and 8:55
- Perform to the best of your abilites at all times, this includes recovering after a wipe.
Speak to an officer for promotion - their is no attendance requirements but after 1 month of inactivity the toon will return to partying untill you return. this rank signifies you have the minimum gear to raid.
Officers ranked at this level are ranked at OFFICER R
NB you can and will be DEMOTED for poor attitude/behaviour. Raiding is a team activity not a personal one. you can re earn your rank after suitable time has elapsed
