AQ Scepter Chain

hi all,

i'm currently doing this quest chain and i've gotten about as far as i can get by myself, the rest of the quest items are from raid level bosses/mobs (obviously you dont need a 40man raid anymore but i do need at least 5 people for some of them).  the two non raid mobs mind control so an effective cc is required.

i'll be adding old world raids to tuesday nights and some weekends into the calendar so if youre interested in helping please sign up.

note:  the quest items that drop are white items so master looter and group loot wont work and blizzard have suggested that the loot type be changed to free for all to ensure that it can be picked up by the person on the quest.  if you do want come to these raids then please understand that this will be happening (which is why im not looking for pugs) and that you should not loot any quest mob before i've picked up the quest item (preferably disable autoloot so you dont accidentally loot it) - anything else on the mob will be rolled for.

what i need help with is the following;

(done) Molten Core;

• (done) Narain's Scrying Goggles 100% drop from any trash
• (done) Draconic for Dummies - Chapter VIII dropped by Ragnaros (this is a timed event, it's either 1 or 2 hours from entering the instance)

Blackwing Lair;

• (done) get quest Nefarius's Corruption from Vaelastrasz the Corrupt (timed event, 5 hours from accepting quest)
• (done) pick up Draconic for Dummies - Chapter VII - it's just sitting on a table
• (done) Red Scepter Shard dropped from Nefarian

Draconic for Dummies - Chapter VI dropped from Onyxia

Draconic for Dummies - Chapter I dropped from Doctor Weavil  (note, npc is on alcaz island, he is not in winterspring, and he does a 2min mind control)

(done) Fragment of the Nightmare's Corruption dropped from Twilight Corrupter in Duskwood. One of the world dragons may be up at that time in the same place, if so we can either kill it (162g total) or ignore it.

The Good News and The Bad News - i have everything except 6 of the elementium ore (which hopefully should drop off BWL trash - unfortunately they didn't so a few more runs will be required

btw, if youre wondering, no you dont get anything anymore, theres no title and no mount - you only get those within 10 hours of the first person to open the gates.

As I told you when we were farming AQ40 on Tuesday, I am availble almost every Tuesday (not 100% in school holidays).

I would really love to be able to kill Nef. We only got to Chro in my previous guild.

I can smelt the elementium bars if you need me too.

I would loved to have helped, but unfortunately it seems whenever there are rolling restarts I'm either away for the night (for Work) or have to go to bed early (again for work). Hmmm, maybe I should just quit work    Anyway, hopefully next time I'll be able to help...at least until 10 when my wife gets home from work & I have to speak to her for a bit
