SO u want to RAID

we currently have players ranked from
Welcome - yes u just got here
Partying - been here a bit but ur gear needs work or u need more experience
Raider - your should have the gear enchants  pots and know the fights
Senior Raider - all of the above and a DAM good ability these are the ppl to see if u c ant see an officer  they shoudl be able to take a grp and lead bits  they have everything and they help others
and the Offficers - they have been their and done than and proved themselves in some way. they are admin for the Roos
RaidLEADERS - they yell at u and get to demote u for repeated bad behaviour or not being geared, Potted, gemmed, or enchanted ( I'll allow one peice not enchanted for a little while)

SO   u ask why tell me this now

well the raider posts seem to have taken a leave of absence and the needed updating, we have new content comming soon and I know that u all want to go lay in . But realistically not all of u are ready for it.

as with Maly and Uldar Guild Ranks are going to mean raid spots. ( class balance always will win). But i'm not taking ppl who have been raider or senior raider for a while and have slacked off or said i have enough dps now i dont need to enchant gem pot eat etc. into the new content

Raiding is a reward its what u get when u put alot of effort into the game and u get back something good that is "up their"  ALOT of our players who attend raids do the right thing good work great effort and KEEP IT UP. but we can all name names on some who are letting the rest of us down or relying on others to do their jobs for them.

Get caught being one of them ull get a pst from a officer and a chat  -  perhaps its something we can help u with - problem solved
Get caught over and over and over  and expect to lose ranks - that = less raid spots in the new content = less gear opportunities

the demotes will never be due to u having lack of time in the raids or lack of availibility to run   but it will be cause u got that uber new head and u still have no gems in it and no enchants on it    or u never bring raid buffs etc    OR  u do really stupid things in the raid repeatedly  like pulling b4 the tanks or causing a wipe from not listening.  once is a mistake after that be on yr own head
